With over a decade of experience in professional football, our founder, Samy Balal, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to aspiring young players in Dubai. Samy has worked as a scout for top professional clubs including Brentford, Fulham, Wolves, Crystal Palace, and is currently the lead scout for U12-U14s at Arsenal. Having played professionally at Leeds United, Samy understands the journey from grassroots to professional football and is dedicated to guiding young talent along this path.
