Samy Balal brings a wealth of experience and passion to Elite Dubai Academy, exemplifying the excellence we strive for. Starting his professional football career at Leeds United and continuing semi-professionally, Samy gained invaluable insights into the game.

His scouting expertise includes roles at Brentford, Fulham, Wolves, and Crystal Palace, and he is currently the Lead Scout for U12-U14s at Arsenal Academy. Samy holds an FA Level 2 in Talent Identification and a UEFA B in Coaching Football, ensuring top-tier training methodologies.

As the founder of Elite London Academy, one of London’s largest private football academies, Samy has demonstrated his commitment to youth development. His extensive network with professional teams across Europe provides unique opportunities for our players.
