U16 Bailey

We are thrilled to announce that Bailey, one of our talented players, has signed a two-year contract with Colchester United, a Category 2 academy. This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to Bailey’s dedication, versatility, and exceptional talent.

Bailey initially joined us as a center midfielder, but we quickly identified his potential to excel as a center back. With careful development and coaching, Bailey flourished in this new role, demonstrating his adaptability, defensive prowess, and tactical understanding on the field.

Recognizing his effectiveness and potential, we organized trials for Bailey at Crystal Palace and Millwall, where he impressed with his skills and determination. We are delighted to announce that Bailey has chosen to continue his development at Colchester United, where he has earned a well-deserved scholarship.
